In October 2017, an interdisciplinary conference was held in Budapest: “Sustainable development 2030: legal, economic, social, environmental and political components.”
In pursuance of the order of the Regional State Administration on October 10, 2017, No. 601 “On holding fairs”, the Department of Agricultural Development of the Regional State Administration together with the district state administrations organized last autumn fairs “Golden Autumn-2017” in the regional center.
On October 31, a project on community security was presented. The organizer of the presentation was the NGO Center for Legal and Political Studies “SIM” with the participation of Oleg Ilkiv, Head of Legal Department of the Center for Legal and Political Studies “SIM”, Lydia Topolevskaya, Director of the Center for Legal and Political Studies “SIM”, Vitaliy Kimak, Chairman of the Sambir District Council, Igor Tkach, Project Coordinator in Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast.
In November 2017 a working meeting was held in Ivano-Frankivsk “Center for the Development of Local Self-Government” on “Improving the Long-Term Plan for the Formation of Territorial Communities in the Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast (eliminating” white spots “)” in the part of the Dolynsky, Rozhnyatovsky, Kalush, Rogatinsky and Galician districts.
On November 2, the meeting of the annual Grigor Kruk district literary and artistic award was held in Tlumach. The work of the commission was headed by its co-chairmen – the head of the district state administration Volodymyr Gaburak and the chairman of the district council Vasyl Dvoyak.
October 29, there were elections of heads and council members in the eight newly formed communities of Prykarpattya. People chose the leaders in Zvynyatsky village united territorial communities (Bogorodchany district), Rozhnivsky village and Yablunivsky settlement OTG (Kosiv district), Pererzelansky village and Lanchyn settlement united territorial communities (Nadvirnyansky district), Zabolotov settlement united territorial communities (Snyatinsky district), Yamnyky village united territorial communities (Tysmenytsky district), and Broshniv-Osadskoye settlement OTG (Rozhnyativsky district).
In the framework of the project “Development of the course for strengthening local self-government in Ukraine” (PULS), implemented by the Association of Ukrainian Cities with the support of USAID, a workshop on the implementation of legislation on the “Organization of work of newly formed united territorial communities” was held in the Ivano-Frankivsk Regional State Administration.
