October 29, there were elections of heads and council members in the eight newly formed communities of Prykarpattya. People chose the leaders in Zvynyatsky village united territorial communities (Bogorodchany district), Rozhnivsky village and Yablunivsky settlement OTG (Kosiv district), Pererzelansky village and Lanchyn settlement united territorial communities (Nadvirnyansky district), Zabolotov settlement united territorial communities (Snyatinsky district), Yamnyky village united territorial communities (Tysmenytsky district), and Broshniv-Osadskoye settlement OTG (Rozhnyativsky district).
So, according to the results of the vote, the chairman of the united territorial community is preparing to begin to exercise his powers.
Today in the premises of the Regional State Administration a meeting on the organization of work of these newly formed united territorial communities took place, attended by the deputy chairman of the Regional State Administration Bogdan Kobilyansky, executive director of the regional department of the Association of Ukrainian Cities Yuriy Stefanchuk, director of the Ivano-Frankivsk Separated Subdivision of the institution “Center for the Development of Local Self-Government” Ruslan Panasyuk, Valeriy Kretsul, Counselor of the Regional State Administration, chairmen of village and settlement councils, heads of special departments of the RSA.
Beginning the meeting, Bogdan Kobilyansky congratulated the newly elected chairmen of the united territorial communities and wished them fruitful work for the glory of their communities and Ivano-Frankivsk region as a whole.
During the event, the participants discussed issues related to the order of holding sessions in the united territorial communities and the formation of executive bodies, structures and staffing issues. It also concerned the registration of self-government bodies of united territorial communities and the cessation of the activities of village councils that were united. Presenters were actively engaged in dialogue and raised issues of interest to them.
In turn, representatives of the Department of Finance of the RSA and the State Treasury Service of Ukraine in the region told the new chairmen of the united territorial communities about the completion of the 2017 fiscal year and the drafting of the budgets of the combined territorial communities for 2018.
Also, it was about drafting programs of socio-economic and cultural development of 2018. At the same time, they discussed the organization of the work of the centers for the provision of administrative services.
